Cocktails & Color Fundraisers are a great way to have fun with your friends and raise some money for an important cause at the same time!

Public Fundraiser

If you are raising money for a non-profit organization you have the option of having your event open to the public in addition to your family, friends, and supporters.Take a look at our list of venues, choose an artist and painting, and let us know what date is good for you. For the Erie area, we typically charge $40 a person for fundraisers, with $10 per ticket going back to the charity (for 20 or more sign ups) We can accommodate up to 50 painters at the C&C studio (40 painters at most other venues), which could mean up to $500 for your charity. Within a week of the event we will issue you a check with your proceeds. Simply fill out the form below and we’ll get the process started.

Private Fundraiser

Do you have a friend in need or know someone that could use a little extra help? Cocktails & Color offers a unique fundraising opportunity as well as a fun get-together for your family, friends, and supporters. When you schedule a C&C private fundraiser $10 from each seat will go directly to the recipient (for groups of 20 or more). Take a look at our list of venues, choose an artist and painting, and let us know what date is good for you. Simply fill out the form below and we’ll get the process started.

*You are also welcome to have a Chinese Auction or raffle at the event in order to raise a little extra! The outcome of the fundraiser is greatly dependent on YOU and your ability to get the word out to your family, friends and supporters. We do recommend creating an “Event” page on Facebook and sharing it with all your friends! Read over our Fundraiser Form and if it sounds like it would work for you, go ahead and fill it out and we can start planning!

    When scheduling a fundraiser with Cocktails & Color, please keep in mind that the event may be cancelled at our discretion and a lesser amount may be donated to the charity if the minimum number of 20 attendants have not signed up within 48 hours of the event. Please email us at events@cocktailsandcolorerie.com to receive a list of those that have signed up approximately 5 days prior to your scheduled event
